Cancellation Policy
Rental Policy for The Vault at Wall Street Lounge We are pleased to offer The Vault at Wall Street Lounge as a premier private event space. To ensure a smooth experience for all parties, please review our rental policy: Cancellation Policy: A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. No-Show & Late Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Reservation Changes: Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Damage Policy: The card on file will be charged for any damages incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to property damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items. Time Limit: Guests must vacate The Vault within 10 minutes of the scheduled end time to avoid additional charges and to allow for timely room preparation for the next reservation. Capacity Limit: The maximum capacity of The Vault is 15 people. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. Outside Food: Guests are welcome to bring outside food, but are responsible for cleaning up all food-related trash and messes. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. By reserving The Vault, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting your event.
